- 28th May 2016, The One UN Rwanda family led by UNDP in Rwanda and government officials led by Honorable prime minister, Anastase Murekezi, launched the Environment Week. The week will go from 28th May to 3rd June 2016. The week was launched at Gashaki green village in Musanze district. The green village was built by REMA with a financial support from UNDP. The launch started with 'Umuganda' (community work) that saw the participation of government officials and One UN staff members as well as Gashaki residents.
