UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit an International Individual Consultancy to develop a Project Identification Form (PIF) on Reduced Generation and Sound Management of Chemicals and Waste in Rwanda. The consultant will undertake a scoping mission to identify potential work areas prioritized by the Government of Rwanda, UNDP and other stakeholders in terms of generating both local development benefits and global environmental benefits under the Minamata Convention and the Stockholm Convention.
