Period of assignment: 40 days spread over 3 calendar months

UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit a National Individual Consultant to conduct a Mid-Term Evaluation

for the “Strengthening National and Local Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Capacity, Resilience and

Enhancing Preparedness and Early Warning System (EWS) in Rwanda” project. The objective of the

assignment is in line with the UNDP Rwanda Evaluation Plan, the proposed DRM project mid-term

evaluation will be conducted to assess the status of Implementation of the project..
