UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit National Individual Consultant to conduct a Final Evaluation for the Recovery Project (RFF) for youth and women enterprises (SMEs)”. United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) conducts programme/ projects evaluations at different stages of the Country programme to capture and demonstrate evaluative evidence of UNDP’s contributions to development results at the country level.
